The Pinnacle of Achievement for Pan Pacific KLIA

Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport has added yet another feather to its cap.  The World Luxury Hotel Awards has recognised Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport for their Service Excellence as the winner of the Global Luxury Airport Hotel category. The winners for the 2010 World Luxury Hotel Awards were announced at a lavish gala ceremony in Thailand on 8th October 2010 at the Dusit Thani Huan Hin hotel. Mr. Hans Winsnes, General Manager of Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport represented the hotel at this glamorous red-carpet event.

Selected by travel industry experts and professionals from different countries around the world, this award is a vote of confidence for our hotel’s world class facilities and service excellence.  Established in 2006, the World Luxury Hotel Awards celebrate excellence in the luxury hotel sector. It is about congratulating hotels that have taken extra steps and have differentiated themselves from “good hotels” to “exceptional hotels”.
